SAMSARA SHAPE APE
Name: Samsara Shape Apes
Aliases: Sam/Sams or Sammy/Sammies
Sphere: Stygian Tundra, however they tend to wander because they can.
Tier: Regular
Picture:
Abilities: These demons contain nearly invisible feelers that extend out from their frozen bodies to 'touch' who they deem as foes. These feelers are capable of essentially 'copying' the minds of those that are 'touched'. The catch is that they cannot read minds, just basically interpret who is considered important to said foe. (The feelers feel like light twangy plastic which sends shivers up and down the spine). Once a Sammy is able to interpret a direct image of a important individual, they will copy that person to 100% accuracy. Voice, body language, visual appearance, style, etc. is the same. In regards to memories and knowledge, Sammies will know what their foe knows in regards to whom they are masquerading as. Meaning, they can completely fool their foe into believing that they are that person who somehow got to Inferis. When their foe least expects it, they will shift back into their normal form and eat them alive.
Miscellaneous Notes: The Sammies always act alone, but live in packs. Their main weakness is their putrid smell; it reeks like singed corpses and leftover souls. The smell and oftentimes rotten flesh from their last meal is extorted from their breath, dripping out of their mouth in thick, liquid waste. This aroma is practically the only give-away as to their identity whilst in their mimic form. Sammies are docile to other demons and will never attack their own kind unless provoked in a constant, demeaning sort of way. Otherwise, they will avoid confrontation with other demons like the plague. In their normal forms, Sammies cannot speak at all. They cannot make any sounds, and communicate with one another via their feelers. Yes, they can feel up each other. But no, they cannot mimic each other because they all look the EXACT same. Carbon copies of each other, they are the epitome of a homogeneous species of demon. When they are in their mimic form, they can speak any language in which their doppelganger (dead or alive) can. They often try and mimic someone who is dead for a better emotional connection. If they get very hungry, they won't bother with mimicry; they'll just eat you.
